It thrilling to build a database to manage equity based compensation and to see that work at a client, who manages more than €1bn with our tool, per year!

But we are equally excited when building up the HR function for a 15 people company and seeing this company growing by more than 50% per year. Clearly that´s the success of a talented and passionate management, but the growth is also built on robust and solid HR.

A wide range of clients

Our clients range from international corporations with more than 100k employees to national middle-sized business or small, specialized businesses or startups with less than 10 employees.

We work for industry companies, for high tech firms, for banks and the financial industry and yes, we do work for public services and our urban administration.

National and international

Our main activities are in Germany and the European neighborhood but we don´t shy from international projects and do have some success especially in the Anglo-Saxon world.

We do speak HR. In German and in English. But in any case down-to-earth, plain and without overly technical jargon. Both, our clients and us, needs fully comprehension of all of or work without residual doubts. So we are as easy as possible but not beyond.
